Family Photo Session|1 Year Photo Session|Trussell Family

The Trussell family found me through mutual friends. A few years ago, I photographed them when they were a brand new family of 3. Now, they are a family of 5! This did not occur over a few years… The Trussell’s were blessed with an adorable set of twins, a boy & girl. They were so thrilled with their first set of family photos that they decided to load up the car with all 3 kiddos and drive all the way from Texas to have me photograph them again! Okay, not really…Haha! They were actually in town visiting family. But, it did make me feel great that even though they have many fabulous options in Texas, they choose to make time in their visit to have me take their picture. It made my heart just melt.

So, how perfect is the aqua couch with their cute aqua outfits? This family has style for sure! We started with the family session first. This was cake-free with a casual flare. Their oldest daughter is simply a gem. Check out those pink boots…Yee-Haw little Texas Super Star!

Next came the cake…oh the cake. When it came to their cakes, sweet baby girl was quick to keep her brother away. Yet, when it came to his cake, as seen in the photo below, it was perfectly okay for her to reach over and take a giant chunk. Ha!I have a feeling this give-take will be a major part of their brother-sister relationship.

I am so thrilled with the large canvas print they ordered to hang in their home back in Texas. I hope I get the chance to photograph them again next time they are in town. Maybe as a family of 6…??
