Senior Photo Session | Class of 2015 | Lily

Such a sensational Senior photo session with the beautiful Lilly! Even her parents attended this session…which really doesn’t happen too often. They had such a fun time picking out backgrounds and watching their lovely daughter pose. Some photos were taken inside the studio…so fun and sassy! Then, we went on a little nature walk to capture outdoor photos. I am pretty sure dad did not know what I was doing when I photographed his daughter with just leaves around her face. He had that, “Hmm…odd” look on his face for a bit. But, when he saw the image, he absolutely loved how it turned out. Yes, we photographers have a vision that might seem odd to others at first but just give us a chance…We know what we are looking for in a good photo.

The big image of Lily by the lake with a huge smile on her face was all because of her parents. They were making crazy silly faces behind my head (like you would do for a baby/child session…ha!). I happened to capture those faces and will give them that image in the wall portrait for their home. Such a great photo to choose as a way to capture that fun moment all three of them shared together.
